My journey has always been about connecting with people and fostering teamwork. Early on, I discovered how much I thrived in collaborative environments, from community volunteering to customer-facing roles. Helping others succeed became my core motivation, guiding me toward roles that allowed me to support and empower others while breaking down barriers to their growth.

Starting in customer service and retail management, I learned that successful teams are built on effective communication and shared goals. These experiences highlighted the importance of listening and problem-solving collaboratively. I realized my strength lay not only in driving business results but in creating an environment where teams could continuously improve and support one another.

Transitioning to Agile and Scrum felt like a natural fit, giving structure to my passion for people-focused work. As I moved into a Scrum Master role, I found a framework that aligned with my belief in servant leadership. Agile practices allowed me to empower teams more effectively, helping them improve productivity and communication while building on their unique strengths.

Working with diverse teams across industries has taught me that every team has its unique dynamics and strengths. By embracing these differences and clearing away obstacles, I aim to foster a culture of trust and open communication.

Today, I feel grateful to do what I love: helping teams work better. My goal is simple but powerful: to empower others through continuous improvement, adaptability, and collaboration. For me, being a Scrum Master is more than just a job; it’s about building a culture where people feel supported, motivated, and connected to their work and to each other.
